I had a special experience at the store.
Last week a lady dropped off a ring to be repaired. It had many pave set diamonds and a couple of them needed replacing.
Yesterday she came to pick up her glorious ring. I said that when we cleaned her ring, we found an additional diamond that was cracked. I told her not to worry; that we replaced it at no charge.
She offered to pay. I said no, it's fine. Then she said she wanted to pay; that she'd feel better if she did. I understood. It was refreshing.
Sometimes you just have to do what's right.
To this lovely woman I say, "Thank you, for brightening my day."
