At Fox Fine Jewelry, we want you to feel comfortable shopping with us. And given recent health concerns with Covid-19, we overhauled our store to make it as safe as possible.
We're following state and county guidelines, so we're wearing masks and asking that you do, too. We're keeping groups separate. In fact we have five separate registers, spread throughout the store, to keep people safely apart. We're providing hand sanitizer at many stations around the store. And of course, if any of us feel under the weather, we don't come to work.
But we're doing so much more than what's required.
We hung acrylic barriers on the edges of the store, above our cases. We stand on one side, and you stand on the other. If you want to see something in the case, or hand us your jewelry to be cleaned or repaired, there's a small gap under the acrylic barrier to pass things across.
We made sanitizing kits, so it's safe to touch anything that gets passed underneath the acrylic barrier.
We use hand sanitizer in between clients, and wash our hands often.
We have five counters to help you, each spaced at least 10 feet apart, so you can keep a safe distance from other shoppers.
We adjusted our air conditioning to pull in air from the outside, to improve the safety of our air flow and circulation.
We've suspended our in-store events, including art openings. If you visit us, you'll still see art from Ventura's local artists!
For those who don't feel comfortable shopping indoors, we offer curbside service. Or, you can shop online and we'll ship it to you. All our services are available in-store, and no appointment is needed.
If you'd like to shop in person, please note that Main Street is closed to vehicles, currently until late February 2021. Restaurants have expanded into the street (state guidelines permitting), so you can dine safely! For easy access: park in the Santa Clara parking structure, and enter through our back garden.
