Sometimes, we can change your watch battery while you wait. During busier times, we may take your watch in for repair. When you leave your watch with us to change the battery, it is photographed, described, and insured for your protection, and locked in our vault at night in our workshop in downtown Ventura, CA.
Changing a watch battery costs $20 for most watches. Some watches, like Rolex, Tag Heuer, and Omega, are $35 to change the battery. Changing a watch battery does not include pressure sealing for water resistance.
We adjust watch straps or bracelets, usually while you wait. If you only need one link added or removed, it is $25. If you need more than one link added or removed, we adjust your strap on both sides to keep your clasp centered. This is $35.
