Most repairs are ready in one to two weeks, depending upon the extent of the repair and if parts are needed. Repairs can be completed sooner, including while you wait. Please note there is a small rush charge.

You will be given a specific due date, which will be noted on your receipt. We’ll contact you as soon as your jewelry is ready.

We warranty our workmanship for one year, although our repair work typically lasts for many, many years.

Our warranty does not include accidents, such as stone breakage and jewelry that receives impact. We recommend insurance to cover for losses due to accidents, theft, and loss.

Fox Fine Jewelry is owned by George Fox, one of the top jewelers in the country. He’s extremely dedicated to his craft and the repairs we do. All work is done under microscope, using the latest equipment. To be extra certain, every repair goes through three separate quality control checks.

  • All work is done on premises. We do not send your jewelry out.
  • All repairs are photographed, described and insured at take in. This information is also on your receipt.
  • A photo ID is required to pick up your jewelry.
  • Jewelry is locked at all times, except when it’s being worked on. Jewelry is stored in a vault, which is far more secure than a safe.
  • There is extensive video surveillance at Fox Fine Jewelry, from the showroom to the workshop.

Fox Fine Jewelry’s computer system has strong security controls against hacking, and data is encrypted. Security protocols are reviewed and updated regularly by our IT team.
