Fox Fine Jewelry Diamond Upgrade Guidelines
- You can upgrade loose diamonds and diamond stud earrings.
- All natural instock diamonds purchased from Fox Fine Jewelry are eligible, unless specifically excluded in writing. We’re sorry, lab grown and colored diamonds do not qualify.
- You will receive 100% of your original diamond purchase price as a credit towards your new diamond. Your new diamond must be at least double the price of your original diamond.
- Your diamond must be in original condition. The original diamond grading report (if received) must be in new condition. If you do not have your report or it is not in new condition, fees may apply.
- Upgrade diamonds are not eligible for discounts or coupons.
- Upgrade diamonds are not returnable but may be exchanged for Fox Fine Jewelry store credit.
You can upgrade even if your diamond wasn't purchased from Fox Fine Jewelry.
Our GIA Gemologists will give you the best trade in value possible. Bring in your diamond, with its paperwork (receipt, appraisal, report), if any. We look forward to helping you!
