Most jewelry is fixed within 10 - 14 days, although we can complete them in a few days and often while-you-wait. We run our repairs in batches, with every repair getting the same high level of care - a minimum of twelve separate steps. We run rush jobs on their own, and therefore there is a small rush fee. We’ll advise you of that amount at take in so you can make your decision.
Yes, we do. Fox Fine Jewelry does some of the highest quality repair work, and every repair goes through three separate quality control checks. We warranty our repair work for workmanship for one year, and our repair work usually lasts for years.
Repair costs depend on the type of repair and the metal of the jewelry. You can learn about ring sizing cost and the cost of general repairs. When we inspect your jewelry, we’ll give you a firm quote that we will not exceed.
We are certified gemologists and do three types of jewelry appraisals:
