Orders of $499 and over receive free shipping in the continental U.S. For orders under $499, a shipping charge will be applied.

Instock Merchandise
Not what you wanted? We want you to love your jewelry from Fox Fine Jewelry! We will happily refund all regularly priced, in-stock items within twenty days of the invoice date. Sale items may be returned for store credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded or applied as a store credit.
Custom, special order and modified jewelry
Custom designed, special order or modified jewelry are not returnable. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours from the time of the order. After 24 hours, deposits will not be returned. Rings purchased and sized by Fox Fine Jewelry are not returnable, although in limited cases Fox Fine Jewelry may, at its option, refund a portion of the purchase.
Initiating a return
If you are local, stop in! Otherwise, call (805) 652-1800 or send an e-mail to info@foxfinejewelry.com with your order number and your request. Returns are accepted if postmarked, shipped or returned in person within twenty days from the invoice date.
Shipping instructions
Enclose your item in unused condition with the Fox Fine Jewelry gift box, along with a copy of the receipt. If you purchased a diamond and received a report, enclose the report with your return.
We recommend adequate padding and using an insured shipper, like FedEx. Insure your package and address it to “Fox” with no mention of jewelry on the outside of the package. Ship your package to Fox, 560 East Main Street, Ventura, CA 93001.
Once the item has been returned to us and verified, you will be refunded within 7-10 business days, net of shipping costs. If you received free shipping, $25 will be charged for shipping.
Fox Fine Jewelry is not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.
Advertising and Website Content Errors
While we try to make sure that all prices posted here are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for typographical and other errors that may appear on the website. If the posted price for an item is incorrect due to typographical or other error (e.g., data transmission), Fox Fine Jewelry is only responsible for the correct price, which we will endeavor to provide to you as soon as we become aware of the error. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information. However, it is your responsibility to verify with Fox Fine Jewelry that all details listed are accurate.

In the event an item is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Fox Fine Jewelry shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for item listed at the incorrect price.
