So, how do Pandora bracelets work? What’s the difference between a Pandora clip and a Pandora charm? And what size Pandora bracelet should I get? Read on for answers!
Pandora bracelets allow you to build your unique bracelet because every piece is sold separately. You start with the bracelet and add charms, which slide or screw on. To keep your charms from falling all to one side, you add in clips, which keep the charms in separate sections. Brilliant!
There are so many bracelets to choose from! Pandora bracelets are made from:
Sterling silver
Pandora Rose (sterling silver mixed with copper)
Pandora Shine (sterling silver plated with yellow gold)
14kt yellow gold
Leather
Next, you’ll choose either a soft bracelet or a hard bangle. Both are great! If this is a gift and you’re unsure of what she’ll like, the soft Pandora bracelet is more popular.
There are hundreds of Pandora charms to choose from, each intricately detailed and hand-set. Most are threaded and screw on to your bracelet. This means that when you take your Pandora bracelet off, the charms won’t fall off. Smart!
Pandora clips are charms that snap on and off your Pandora bracelet. Once on, they stay where you placed them. Adding clips to your bracelet means your charms won’t all slide to the bottom of your wrist. Instead, they’ll circle around your wrist, exactly where you want them. Nice!
How long should your Pandora bracelet be? The general advice is that two fingers should loosely fit under your bracelet. But it really depends on how many Pandora charms you intend to add – the more charms, the larger you should get your bracelet.
The most common Pandora bracelet length is 7.5” (19cm). Go up in size if you like to wear your bracelets loose, you want more charms, or your wrist is a bit larger.
In 2018, Pandora released a brand new bracelet and charm system - Pandora Reflexions! We love this new bracelet because they're elegant and sleek, and the design makes them lay flat against your wrist. Each charm opens with a hinge, making them super easy to put on and take off. The charms have a little bit of silicone inside, meaning you can move them up and down your bracelet wherever you want them, and they'll stay in place!
Pandora Bracelet Cost
Each piece is sold separately, so there are a lot of options! Here’s a general guideline:
Pandora bracelet alone – about $50 - $100 for most
Pandora bracelet, two clips, one charm – about $150 - $250
Pandora bracelet, two clips, three charms – about $250 - $400
Pandora bracelet, two clips, many charms – your choice!
Pandora bracelets and charms make great gifts because you can add on to them over time and spend as little or as much as you want!

Select Your Pandora Bracelet
Hi, I'm Debbie Fox from Fox Fine Jewelry and I'm here to talk about different Pandora bracelet styles. There's a traditional style - this one has a heart clasp - with their patented clasp. They have different types of bangles - this one's one of my favorites because it's really flexible and so easy to put on. And there's the one with the lariat that goes from different sizes to accommodate different size wrists and also is super easy to put on. It also comes in leather!
Pandora Charms and Clips
Hi, I'm Debbie Fox from Fox Fine Jewelry. Pandora bracelets are really unique and a great way to build over time. The charms stay on your bracelet but they screw off. So for security, they don't come off until you screw them off. Then, to keep the charms from hanging all the way at the bottom of your wrist, there are stations on here. Like this right here, where there are stationary charms called clips. So those clips open and close. Like so! And they go on your bracelet and they snap on. That makes your charms stay in the different sections so that they go all the way around your wrist.
Pandora Bracelet Length
Hi, I'm Debbie Fox from Fox Fine Jewelry and I'm here to talk about selecting the correct size for your Pandora bracelet. So, you want to have enough space to put easily two fingers - maybe a little bit more space - underneath your Pandora bracelet. It depends on how many charms you want - the more charms, the more space you need. It also depends how loose you like to wear your bracelets, but as you can see, this one - this is too small for me. And this one is too big - in fact I could probably slide this right off my hand!
Pandora Reflexions Bracelets
Hi, I'm Debbie Fox from Fox Fine Jewelry and I'm so excited to show you about Pandora Reflexions. It's a new bracelet system. Similar to the Pandora bracelets, the charms open and close. You just put them on...and snap them shut. And they stay put although there's a little bit of silicone in them so they can move to wherever you want them to be. The safety chain can be worn in front - like here, it's worn in front. Or if I wanted to wear it in the back as a safety chain I would put it by the back. And then...you have it...in the back!
